Large Format Printed AD – AIA Insurance Recruitment
I had the exciting opportunity to work on an ambitious project for AIA Hong Kong. The aim of this project was to create an advertisement that would appeal to young people and encourage them to consider a career in the insurance profession. This advertisement was to be placed in one of Hong Kong’s most high-traffic locations, the Hong Kong Station tunnel.

I must admit, designing an extremely long-form printed advertisement was a new challenge for me. The format was quite tricky, and it took some time to figure out how to fit everything in while maintaining a clean and organized layout. But with careful planning and attention to detail, I was able to come up with a design that met the client’s brief.
From the initial ideation stage, I was fully engaged in the project. I worked closely with the client to understand their vision and collaborated with them to create a concept that highlighted the numerous benefits of working in the insurance industry. Once we had a clear direction, I began drafting multiple revisions, seeking feedback from the client and making adjustments as necessary.
As the project progressed, I learned the importance of effective communication. I worked hard to stay in touch with the client throughout the design process, updating them on my progress and seeking their input at each stage.
In the end, the project turned out to be a great success. The client was thrilled with the final design, which effectively represented the company’s values and promoted them in a positive light. It was an exciting and challenging project, and I feel proud to have been a part of it. I am confident that this project will inspire many young people to consider a career in the insurance profession.
